Why we do this

We didn't come from a marketing agency.We came from service.Between us we've worked the line in a French kitchen, scooped ice cream on a busy Saturday, hauled furniture up three flights, and kept lawns clean on the hottest day of the year. We've shown up early, stayed late, and learned what it means to do physical work for people who are counting on you.That background doesn't leave you.It's why we treat every install like it's our own place. Why we notice the thing you didn't ask us to fix and fix it anyway. Why we don't leave until it's right, not just done.Assembly Squad started because we saw too many small businesses that looked like an afterthought. Screens off. Menus unreadable. Terms of ServiceAssembly Squad LLC — Terms of Service
Effective Date: 05/01/2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services provided by Assembly Squad LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Scope of Work
Assembly Squad provides installation and deployment services for media systems, digital signage, workspaces, wall systems, and related projects as agreed upon prior to service. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may adjust if project conditions differ from those described.
Customer-Provided Materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring all purchased products, hardware, and materials are correct, complete, and undamaged prior to installation. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or missing components.
Wall & Structural Installation
Installation may require drilling, anchoring, or securing into wall studs or structural framing. While we take care to minimize impact, minor cosmetic variations may occur. Customers acknowledge that wall modifications are part of installation services.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may require deposits for certain projects. Monthly content management services are billed on a recurring basis and must be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Photography & Media Rights
Assembly Squad may photograph completed installations and client spaces for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to service.
Digital Signage & Content Management
For ongoing content management services, either party may terminate the monthly agreement with 30 days written notice. Deposits and completed work are non-refundable.
Subcontractors
Assembly Squad may use qualified subcontractors to complete portions of the work. We remain responsible for the quality of all work performed.
Limitation of Liability
Assembly Squad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of installed products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
Access & Safety
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation area. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe.
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
